October 29, 1988 marks a great milestone in the Clark family. We moved to Campbellsville to build a Home Missions church that believed in the message that was born on the day of Pentecost. The church has grown over the last seventeen years and we look for a great move of God to take place every time we go to the house of God. The thing I like to remember most is how a Great God can take a Willing Vessel, move him to a city, and there turn him on the potters wheel until he makes him into the vessel that he wants him to be. Sometimes we have preconceived ideas that we are going to turn the world upside down or at least right side up; all the time God has his hands on us. He is molding us his way and not ours. We need to just keep going back to the principles of the bible. Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. It takes time and love to build people. Two things that need to be in a congregation today is a compassion for the lost, and the Love of God to be placed into the hearts of the people that sit in our churches. Reaching the lost needs to be a priority in the lives of people we pastor. However, it will not just happen over night. There will be days that you feel like no one cares and you dont have the ability to get the job done. Just remember that God called you there and he will never leave you. I want to say God bless the people that I pastor. Thank you for letting me grow with you and just be a part of one of the greatest churches in the state of KY. If you are ever in the area and you are looking for a church that likes to praise the Lord, stop in and put your feet under our table and let the Lord fill you with whatever you are hungry for. If you are tired of old, dry, boring church and you are looking for something alive, come be with us. Raymond C. Clark Pastor
